Teff Bread

A fantastic all around sandwich bread that toasts well.

Teff is high in fibre, calcium, easy to digest and reduces inflammation which is important for people with Celiac disease. This bread will come slices and is best stored in the freezer.

Note: We are no longer offering unsliced loaves of bread. If you would like an unsliced bread please choose our sourdough boule found here.

Please note: If you order bread for delivery, please keep in mind it may not come sliced. Our bread is baked fresh which means it's too hot to slice before it is sent out for delivery!

Ingredients : Brown rice, water, eggs, tapioca starch, Teff flour, canola oil, sugar, ground flaxseed, cider vinegar, yeast, xanthan gum and sea salt.

Brown Rice - high in dietary fibre, calcium and zinc
Teff flour - an ancient whole grain flour that hails from African countries. High in protein (similar to quinoa or amaranth) and amino acids.
Flax - Helps fight heart disease, is high in fibre & Omega 3 fatty acids
