A GOOD FOR YOU bread that is not only super healthy and easy to digest but tastes incredible on it's own or as a sandwich. By far our most popular bread.
Soft and chewy inside with a crispy crust - perfect as a sandwich bread or with soup.
Made with our own sourdough starter. We still add a bit of yeast to help it create a nice rise.
Note: We will no longer be offering unsliced loaves of bread. If you would like a sourdough unsliced please choose the boule option.
**Our most popular bread for many local restaurants, cafe's and sold at Vita Health. Also available as a baguette and buns.

Ingredients: Flour blend (Tapioca Starch, Buckwheat Flour, White and Brown Rice Flour, Millet Flour, Psyllium Husk, Ground Flax) Canola Oil, Yeast, Sugar, Lemon Juice & Sea Salt.
Free from: gluten, dairy, eggs, sulphites, nuts, sesame seeds
Buckwheat - A good source of fibre, protein, energy and complex carbohydrates
Psyllium powder - a natural pre-biotic that helps to fight infections & reduce inflammation
Millet - Rich in Niacin and fibre and contains complex carbohydrates
Flax - Helps fight heart disease, is high in fibre & Omega 3 fatty acids
