Bake our cinnamon buns in your own home! Our sourdough cinnamon buns are fluffier and yummier than before. 

Bring to room temperature, remove clear cover, and brush the top with oil. Bake uncovered at 350 deg. for 45-50 minutes or up to 25-30 minutes for convection.

4 cinnamon buns with frosting.

You can let them rise for about 1/2 an hour or so on the counter - but - DO NOT OVERPROOF - they will continue to ferment and don't taste as good.
