Have you tried our best-selling chicken fingers? We make them in-house with exceptionally high quality Manitoba chicken tenders and gluten-free/dairy-free bread crumbs.
Our chicken tenders are PARTIALLY cooked. Pop them in the air fryer, toaster oven or your oven at 400 deg, wait 15-20 minutes and presto - instant - yummy - gluten-free and dairy-free - chicken tenders. Want them a bit crispier? Cook for an additional 3-5 minutes. Cook directly from frozen (although you can thaw them before, if you really want to).
Pair them with our maple dill or BBQ sauce for a yummy dip.

Ingredients: Flour mix (Garbanzo Bean, Tapioca Starch, Potato Starch, White Sorghum, Fava Bean, Rice), Baking Powder, Yeast, Rosemary, Thyme, Sea Salt, Black Pepper, Carbonated Water.
*Please note: our new labels include the following on the ingredient list: teff, gluten-free oats, millet flour, buckwheat flour, flax, xanthan gum, eggs, apple cider vinegar, and sugar. These items (ie. ingredients that are in our homemade breadcrumbs) are only used in the case of a supply-chain disruption. 99% of the time, these tenders are oat- and egg-free.
