Banana Pancake Mix

We first made this for Folk Fest - people loved it so much we created a mix you could buy and take home.

Our banana pancake mix is super easy and quick to make. Have ripe bananas you want to use up? Mash them up and incorporate into this mix; use with eggs or without. Eggs will make your pancakes fluffier.

Want to add chocolate chips or blueberries? You are only limited to your creativity. Best served with real Maple syrup - yumm!

Leftover pancakes can be stored in the freezer - pull out to warm up and have instant breakfast.
