Our classic Vanilla Layer Cake is heavenly; lighter and fluffier than our old recipe as it now contains eggs - unless pre-ordered vegan.

We use certified gluten-free pure vanilla extract - made right here in Canada. This cake is denser and more filling when compared with a wheat based cake.

Serving Size:  

• 4" Double layer: 2-4 people
• 6" Double layer: 6-8 people
  
• 8" Triple layer: 10-14 people
• 10" Double layer: 12-16 people

New allergens have been introduced to our vegan cakes including flax, canola oil and oats. 

NOTE: Best served at room temperature. Pull out of the fridge one hour before serving. Leftovers can be frozen.
