Mac and Cheeze


Gluten-free, Vegan, Dairy-free and Egg-free

The perfectly tasty and easy meal! Spiral noodles, broccoli and caramelized red onions tossed in a nut and squash-based vegan cheeze sauce. It's low fat, loaded with nutritional yeast and full of flavour.

If you've never had a vegan cheese sauce before, don't expect it to taste just like the dairy or a powdered version.

To heat: Preheat oven to 425F. Remove plastic lid and cover with foil. Bake 40 minutes, until hot in the middle.

Ingredients: Pasta (brown rice, rice bran), pumpkin and or/butternut squash and/or sweet potato, cashews, soy milk, tapioca starch, nutritional yeast, dijon mustard, garlic powder, smoked paprika, lemon juice, sea salt, black pepper, broccoli, red onion, canola oil. Contains soy, nuts (cashew).
