The perfectly tasty and easy meal! Spiral noodles, broccoli and caramelized red onions tossed in a nut and squash-based vegan cheeze sauce. It's low fat, loaded with nutritional yeast and full of flavour.
If you've never had a vegan cheese sauce before, don't expect it to taste just like the dairy or a powdered version.
To heat: Preheat oven to 425F. Remove plastic lid and cover with foil. Bake 40 minutes, until hot in the middle.
