We use Tinkyada pasta in our pasta meals - they're gluten-free, dairy-free and egg-free. We use full-fat milk for a nice rich and creamy sauce. We use Bothwell cheddar and mozzarella cheese - locally made in Manitoba for the best cheesy flavour! We also include some fresh-cut broccoli florets to give you a dose of veggies.
